34. Drink a bottle (500ml) of water a day for a month

I know this item on my list may seem very lame to most people, but I have not ever been someone who drinks much water at all.  I know it is supposed to be good for your skin, digestive system etc., but it I find it a challenge to get even on bottle of water down a day.  SO, I will make a commitment to do this for 30 days, after which I may even be in a habit! If I miss a day then I will start all over again until I do it 30 days in a row.
