Completed on Nov 2; While on our annual Palm Dessert trip, Alistair and I enjoyed a brainstorming session with a bartender at Tommy Bahamas to create my signature drink, which I named 1965 (the year I was born). We first sampled the drink on Nov. 2 with a group of friends and got raving reviews. Here is the recipe for you drinking pleasure:
1 oz Lychee liquor
2 oz Grapefruite vodka
1 oz Pomegranate juice
3 oz Grapefruite juice
Add all contents into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a grapefruit section (optional muddled sections).
Good for morning, noon or night as it so refreshing!
